Ground rules for using Eleven Zero PB.

Eligibility

You should use the service only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement, or if a parent or guardian authorizes your use where required by law.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials secure. You may not impersonate another person or create accounts for abuse.

Acceptable behavior

• Be honest in listings, trainer profiles, reviews, and court reports.
• Do not post offensive, illegal, misleading, or infringing content.
• Do not try to interfere with the platform, other users, or payment flows.

Platform role

Eleven Zero PB helps connect buyers and sellers. Unless clearly stated otherwise, the platform is not the owner of listed paddles and does not independently verify every listing detail, condition description, or seller representation.

Payments and fees

If checkout is enabled, payments and seller payouts are processed through Stripe and related providers. Eleven Zero PB charges sellers an 8.5% platform commission on the paddle price. Shipping and taxes are excluded from that commission unless a transaction screen clearly says otherwise before payment.

Listing photos and prohibited products

Sellers must use current photos of the actual paddle offered, describe material wear, and have the right to post every image. Counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, recalled, or otherwise unlawful products are prohibited. We may pause a listing for review at any time.

Taxes and compliance

Sellers are responsible for their own taxes, reporting obligations, and compliance with laws that apply to their activity.

Disputes

Buyers should report a materially inaccurate, damaged, or incorrect item promptly and preserve photos and packaging. Routine change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed unless the seller agrees. Eleven Zero PB may review evidence, facilitate a resolution, or take platform action, but does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or outcome in every case.

Trainer listings

Trainers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, pricing, certifications, and availability. Eleven Zero PB does not automatically endorse or certify trainers.

Trainer requests, messages, and lesson schedules

A client may message a trainer only after the trainer accepts the client request. Participants must use messages and scheduling tools lawfully, communicate respectfully, and keep proposed times, locations, and lesson details accurate. Either participant may propose a lesson; it is scheduled only after the other participant confirms it.

Coaching payments

Eleven Zero PB does not process trainer lesson payments through this feature at this time. Trainers and clients are responsible for agreeing on price, payment method, cancellation, refunds, and any other lesson terms before meeting. A scheduled lesson is not a payment receipt or an Eleven Zero PB guarantee of either participant’s performance.

Court information

Court listings, conditions, crowd levels, and player-level reports may be based on community input or public map sources. Those details are informational only and should be independently confirmed before you travel or make plans.

Affiliate links

Some venue or product links may be affiliate links. Eleven Zero PB may earn a commission when a user books or buys through those links, without increasing the user’s price.

Reviews and reports

Reviews and reports must reflect genuine experiences. Fake ratings, misleading posts, harassment, or personal attacks can be removed, and related accounts may be limited.

Content moderation

We may remove content, pause listings, limit accounts, or suspend access when we believe the platform, users, or business are at risk.

Service changes

We may change, improve, pause, or discontinue features as Eleven Zero PB grows. We may also update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.

Liability limits

To the extent allowed by law, Eleven Zero PB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use, third-party behavior, off-platform meetings, or community-submitted information.
