Ground rules for using Eleven Zero PB.

These terms explain how players, sellers, buyers, trainers, and visitors can use the Eleven Zero PB platform operated by 11ZeroPB LLC.

The platform connects people We help users discover listings, trainers, and places to play.

Users are responsible Listings, reviews, schedules, and meeting details must be truthful.

Safety matters Abuse, fraud, spam, and fake reviews can lead to removal.

Using the platform

Eligibility

You should use the service only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement, or if a parent or guardian authorizes your use where required by law.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials secure. You may not impersonate another person or create accounts for abuse.

Acceptable behavior

Be honest in listings, trainer profiles, reviews, and court reports.
Do not post offensive, illegal, misleading, or infringing content.
Do not try to interfere with the platform, other users, or payment flows.

Marketplace terms

Platform role

Eleven Zero PB helps connect buyers and sellers. Unless clearly stated otherwise, the platform is not the owner of listed paddles and does not independently verify every listing detail, condition description, or seller representation.

Payments and fees

If checkout is enabled, payments and seller payouts are processed through Stripe and related providers. Eleven Zero PB may charge a platform commission or service fee, which should be disclosed in the transaction flow or seller setup.

Taxes and compliance

Sellers are responsible for their own taxes, reporting obligations, and compliance with laws that apply to their activity.

Disputes

Buyers and sellers should try to resolve issues directly first. Eleven Zero PB may review disputes and take platform action when needed, but we do not guarantee a refund, replacement, or outcome in every disagreement.

Courts, trainers, and reviews

Trainer listings

Trainers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, pricing, certifications, and availability. Eleven Zero PB does not automatically endorse or certify trainers.

Court information

Court listings, conditions, crowd levels, and player-level reports may be based on community input or public map sources. Those details are informational only and should be independently confirmed before you travel or make plans.

Reviews and reports

Reviews and reports must reflect genuine experiences. Fake ratings, misleading posts, harassment, or personal attacks can be removed, and related accounts may be limited.

Business protection

Content moderation

We may remove content, pause listings, limit accounts, or suspend access when we believe the platform, users, or business are at risk.

Service changes

We may change, improve, pause, or discontinue features as Eleven Zero PB grows. We may also update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.

Liability limits

To the extent allowed by law, Eleven Zero PB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use, third-party behavior, off-platform meetings, or community-submitted information.
