This policy explains how 11ZeroPB LLC, doing business as Eleven Zero PB, collects, uses, and shares information when players use the marketplace, trainer directory, trainer-client messages and lesson schedules, courts page, reviews, and community reports.

Only what helps run the platform Account, listing, trainer, message, schedule, review, and court-report data.

Payments use Stripe Card and payout details are processed by Stripe, not stored by us.

You keep control We can update or remove account-linked content when requested.

What we collect

Account details

When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, password hash, and basic profile information needed to operate the site.

Marketplace and directory content

When you publish a paddle listing, trainer profile, review, or court report, we collect the information you choose to submit, including pricing, location details, descriptions, product photos, ratings, skill levels, and availability notes.

Payments and payouts

If payments or seller payouts are enabled, Stripe processes payment and connected-account information. Eleven Zero PB may receive limited status, transaction, and verification data from Stripe so we can support checkout, seller onboarding, and payout readiness.

Usage and device information

We may collect analytics, page activity, browser type, referral data, IP-based location signals, and similar technical information to improve performance, understand traffic, and protect the platform.

Trainer requests, messages, and schedules

When a trainer accepts a client request, we store the messages and lesson details the participants submit, including proposed times, locations, and notes. Messages and schedules are visible to the participating trainer and client and may be accessed by authorized support personnel when needed for safety, abuse investigations, legal compliance, or technical support.

We may use analytics tools, including Google Analytics when enabled, to understand which pages are useful, how people discover the site, and where the experience can improve.

When we share information

Service providers

We may share data with providers that help run the site, including Render for hosting, Stripe for payments and payouts, Google for Maps and Analytics, and our email provider for account and transaction messages. They process information under their own terms and only as needed for platform operations.

Public content

Listings, trainer profiles, reviews, and court reports are intended to be visible to other users. Please post thoughtfully.

We may disclose information if required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the business, or the platform from harm or misuse.

Your choices

Account updates and deletion

You can contact us to update or remove account-linked information, listings, reviews, or trainer content. Some records may be retained for security, tax, payment, or legal reasons.

Security and retention

We use password hashing, secure session cookies, access controls, and review tools to protect accounts. No online service is risk-free. We retain account, transaction, and moderation records only as reasonably needed for platform operations, fraud prevention, tax, payment, dispute, and legal obligations.

Private communications

Trainer-client messages are not public, but they are stored as part of the service. Do not send payment-card numbers, government identifiers, medical records, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through platform messages. We retain messages and schedules as reasonably needed to operate the feature, address safety or support concerns, and meet legal obligations.

Community accuracy

Court details, crowd reports, player levels, and trainer information may come from user submissions or public map data. We try to keep the experience useful, but you should still confirm details before traveling, booking, or buying.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as Eleven Zero PB grows. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and post the revised version on this page.
